We will use our advanced soft-tissue methods, movement screenings and strengthening programs to help get you back to racing faster than ever. We will work closely with your running coach, keeping an open line of communication between athlete, doctor and coach. If you don’t have a running coach, we will gladly guide you through your training.

One of the most important aspects of overcoming a running injury is an individually crafted Return To Run Program. We make sure our athletes return to running the correct way. This entails closely monitoring the runner’s volume, intensity and overall schedule. It is not a cookie-cutter approach. Every runner deserves a proper ramp back to healthy competitive training.
